Theading :
Is eyebrow threading painful?
Threading is a popular hair removal technique that is known for being less painful than other methods. This is because it is faster and can remove multiple hairs at once. With regular threading, your skin can adapt to the process, making it less uncomfortable over time. However, everyone's tolerance level is different.
How long does it take?
Eyebrow threading is not only effective but also time-efficient. With an appointment taking less than half an hour, you can easily fit it into your busy schedule, even during your lunch break. Say goodbye to long beauty treatments and hello to quick and easy brow threading.

Is waxing painful?
If you are new to waxing, you may experience some discomfort at first. However, the more you wax, the less uncomfortable it becomes. The level of pain also depends on your pain threshold. Taking painkillers an hour before your waxing appointment may help alleviate any discomfort.
Will the hair stop growing after waxing?
Waxing does not halt hair growth, but it result in finer hair and slower regrowth. It is important to note that waxing is not a permanent hair removal solution.
How often should I wax??
When it comes to hair removal, it's important to wait at least 4 to 6 weeks to allow the hair to grow to at least 5mm. This will ensure that the hair is long enough to be effectively removed, giving you the best results possible.
What measures can be taken to help prevent ingrown hairs?
To prevent ingrown hairs, it's important to exfoliate the skin before and after waxing. This helps the hairs grow freely through the skin. Additionally, avoid tight clothing and use a moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.
Am I likely to suffer from any skin reactions?
Great question! It is possible to experience red and blotchy skin after waxing, which typically lasts for up to 24 hours. However, we offer a free patch test at least 24 hours before your treatment if you are concerned about the effects of waxing on your skin. Please give us a call for more information.
Do you offer after care advice?
After your treatment, our therapist will provide you with personalized aftercare advice; to guide you on how to take care of yourself and what to avoid to ensure that you follow the step to step of after care.
It is recommended to avoid hot baths or showers for 24 hours and to avoid sunbeds or sun exposure for at least 24 hours. Additionally, using products that help soothe the treated area can be beneficial. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.
